Kerry's commitment to quality and extensive industry knowledge of over 32 years built on her passion to curate an extraordinary home.

After New York School Of Interior Design and working for Lillian August her first retail location KL Designs LLC was born in Fairfield, CT in 1996. Offering her own upholstery line designed by Kerry and sold throughout the continental U.S. Kerry's vision was to create timeless design at affordable prices.
A few years later, she moved her retail-interior design shop to New Canaan, CT broadening her client base. In 2010, Kerry was asked to start the Interior Design Department for Mark P. Finaly Architects.
However, she missed her shop and the meaningful relationships built with her personal clientele.
KL Home LLC Retail and Interior Design shop was re-established in 2014. By this time, Kerry had worked on many projects spanning along the East Coast. Two in particular, including a home with a $2M design budget and a second with a $4M interiors budget. Kerry has also completed multiple commercial design projects and her work has been published along the way.
Kerry offers an extensive resource library built upon personal and meaningful relationships with vendors and one-of-a-kind brands. She also works with a custom workroom where upholstery and custom window treatments are fabricated for each home. She has accounts with the most prominent vendors in the industry.
After being in the retail industry for many years, Kerry has decided to draw back to her passion and roots, concentrating solely on Interior Design. She believes good interior design must be done differently sourcing case goods and special items/ antiques from all over the world and anchoring to her extensive knowledge of art and design.
